Liam Moor was formed in 2024 with a clear focus: to invest in and develop affordable and workforce housing. While Liam Moor is a young company, our roots run deep. Collectively, our senior management team brings more than 75 years of experience in the management and oversight of LIHTC projects, including general partner interests in over 120 properties and 22,000 units, and has completed more than 2,000 transactions nationwide.
