Danny Walker

Danny has over seven years of multifamily real estate experience. At Liam Moor, Danny's responsibilities include originating, underwriting, and helping team members with the acquisition of Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties.

Prior to joining Liam Moor, Danny spent four years at an affordable housing brokerage firm, where he was involved in every step of the transaction process — including origination, underwriting, marketing, and closing — and contributed to $100 million in affordable housing transactions. Before working at the affordable housing brokerage, Danny started his career as an associate at a Senior Housing brokerage, where he prepared financial models and marketing materials for directors. Danny holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois.

As a Chicago native who now calls Colorado home, Danny is happiest when the day ends outside. Whether on the golf course, hiking to scenery, or enjoying everything the Rockies offer, the Colorado sunshine makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors.
