Michael Dalen

Michael has over 12 years of affordable housing experience. Michael’s experience includes oversight and management of asset acquisitions and dispositions, debt refinancing, restructuring and underwriting, investment strategy, and fund- and property-level asset management. Michael provided legal analysis, oversight, and recommendations to various departments, including accounting, asset management, investor reporting, tax, and senior management.

Michael holds a BA in Journalism and Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona.

When he’s not at work, Michael loves spending time with his dogs. When his dogs tell him he’s being too clingy and they need some space, he enjoys being a regular at his favorite restaurants, seeing concerts and stand-up comedy, and cruising the world.
