Derek Fazekas

Derek has over 10 years of experience in affordable housing, including but not limited to providing analysis and oversight of affordable housing investments for various investment stakeholders.  In addition, Derek has extensive experience in LIHTC compliance, mitigating tax credit risk, investment modeling, tax return analysis and capital account monitoring.

Prior to affordable housing, Derek worked in investment administration and corporate real estate.

Derek graduated from the University of Colorado.  Outside of work, you may find him chasing birdies (if not eagles) at the golf course or trying out a new recipe.
