Adam Stein

Adam has over 20 years of affordable housing experience.  Prior to forming Liam Moor to advance his commitment and belief in the preservation of affordable and workforce housing, Adam managed and oversaw a Capital Transactions team responsible for 2,000 transactions. Adam and his team were responsible for acquisitions, asset dispositions, investment strategy, asset resolutions (workouts), and refinancing for assets of the company and the assets of funds under its management.  His advice, counsel, and recommendations were relied upon by senior management, accounting, asset management, investor reporting, and tax.

Prior to that, Adam spent many years in asset management, including but not limited to debt workouts and restructures from 2007 to 2011, as well as bond financing for affordable housing communities. Adam has a MS in Real Estate with an emphasis in finance and investment from the University of Denver and BS in Marketing with minors in Management and International Business from the University of Wyoming.
