Rob Toews

Rob has more than a decade of affordable housing experience, beginning with more than 3 years in tax-exempt bond financing with a top 10 bank.  Subsequent to his bond financing experience, Rob was involved in Partnership Governance, Asset Management and Capital Transactions activities for a large, national LIHTC platform where he managed more than 800 affordable properties and partnerships and was successful in completing more than 100 asset disposition transactions.

Prior to venturing into the affordable housing space, Rob worked in public finance for a regional investment bank and management consulting for a Big 8 audit/consulting firm. Rob has a BSBA in Finance/Marketing from the University of Denver.

Having grown up in Canada, Rob is unsurprisingly a hockey fan and enjoys trying to keep up with his alma mater, the DU Pioneers, as well as the local favorite, Colorado Avalanche.
