David Wagner

David has over 30 years of multifamily real estate experience. Prior to joining Liam Moor, David’s experience includes raising capital for multifamily real estate investments, managing workforce housing brokerage teams, and extensive multifamily brokerage. Prior to his time raising capital and brokerage, David spent a decade acquiring, renovating, and stabilizing multifamily investments.

David has a BA in Liberal Arts from Purdue University.

When he’s not at work, David is on the go with his wife, keeping tabs on their two boys at Indiana University, while trying to keep up with their daughter, a High School Junior. Outdoor adventures, summers in Michigan, and traveling keep the Wagner family active and happy.
