Christina Rich

Christina has over 10 years of experience in affordable housing. Christina’s affordable housing experience includes being responsible for the underwriting, analysis, and strategic planning for asset acquisitions and dispositions, debt underwriting and restructures, and fund investment strategy. Christina managed and oversaw underwriting presentations for senior management, accounting, legal, and tax departments.

Prior to her time in affordable housing, Christina worked in both corporate and public finance for a large bank. She holds a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Montana and an MBA, emphasis in Data Analytics, from Villanova University.

Outside the office, family adventures—whether across the globe or across town— keep her curious and inspired. In Colorado, that often means trading city life for hiking boots and fresh air.
